Can I return items?
Yes - we unconditionally guarantee all our products within 30 days from purchase. Please download the returns form and send back to Bella Bustiere. The return of any item will be at the cost of the customer If you require a different size Bella will send you the correct size once we have received back your original order. How do l receive my refund?
Bella Bustiere will refund your ccard via our secure payment gateway once we have received the return back in the post. You will receive an email confirmation for the refund. We refund the cost of the garments only.
Will Bella Bustiere pay for my return shipping.
If you need to exchange a size or style or color Bella Bustiere will cover the cost of the first exchange.
All postage and handling costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer except where goods are faulty. Please include a your postage receipt and we will credit your cc upon receipt of the damaged / faulty item.
Can I pay using my own currency?
No. Bella Bustiere only charges in Australian dollars.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. To do so please send us an email to email@example.com or call 613 9686 2233, quoting your name, address and your exclusive order number. You may only cancel prior to goods being dispatch. We advise you must cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.
What if an item is sold out?
Sometimes we may have been sold out of an item that you want. The item will appear on the online shop as sold out therefore you have the option to select another similar item online. Alternatively contact us by phone or email - firstname.lastname@example.org and we can advise when the item will be next available.
How do you deliver my goods in Australia?
We deliver by Australia Post with a tracking number so we can track your parcel.
How long does it take to deliver to New Zealand?
It will take up to 3-4 working days. We deliver by DHL and your signature is required on delivery, therefore we recommend a work address if more convenient. We cannot deliver to a PO BOX address in NZ.
How long does it take to deliver Overseas?
It will take up to 7 working days. We deliver by DHL and your signature is required on delivery, therefore we recommend a work address if more convenient.

All prices are in Australian Dollars. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.
