A Little Life Update 💔🚗

As some if my customers know, I’ve been navigating a challenging road since Covid. Recently, I made my third attempt to head up to Northern NSW to focus on rest and recovery—always holding onto hope and trying to find a way forward. This time, I thought I’d try to keep the Bella on line store going while I was away, so I freighted my car up with some personal belongings and some Bella stock.

Unfortunately, something really upsetting happened over the weekend. My car, which had been missing for almost four weeks, was finally located in a holding yard in Brisbane. But everything inside had been stolen—keys, number plates, personal items, and all the Bella stock I’d carefully packed for this time away. The past few weeks have been a nightmare of unanswered emails and endless phone calls with the logistics company. I placed my trust in P&S Logistics to handle the delivery of my vehicle and belongings, paying 'extra' for what I believed would be a secure and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing, and I no longer believe this company should be in operation. Their customer support was not just poor—it was completely unacceptable. Emails went unanswered, and phone calls were either abruptly ended or met with hostility. I was told, “We’ll contact you,” and “We deliver when we like,” with no regard for timelines or accountability. Sadly, I’ve since discovered that my experience isn’t unique. Many others have shared similar stories, suggesting this kind of treatment is a pattern within the company, not an exception.

. Due to my current circumstances, I’m unable to return and manage things in person right now, so I’ve had to temporarily put Bella on hold. I’m doing my best to regroup, reassess, and hopefully get things back up and running later this month.
