Can I return items?
Yes - we unconditionally guarantee all our products, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item for any reason. Please send us an email to email@example.com or call 03 9686 2233 and we will be happy to let you know how to return an item. The return of any item will be at the cost of the customer so you will arrange for the product to be delivered back to us and then will be charged for redelivery.
Can I pay using my own currency?
No. Bella Bustiere only charges in Australian dollars.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. To do so please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 03 9686 2233, quoting your name, address and your exclusive order number. You may only cancel prior to goods dispatch. We advise you must cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.
What if an item is sold out?
Sometimes we may have been sold out of an item that you want. The item will appear on the online shop as sold out therefore you have the option to select another similar item online. Alternatively contact us by phone or email - email@example.com and we can advise when the item will be next available.
How do you deliver my goods in Australia?
We deliver by courier and your signature is required on delivery, therefore we recommend a work address if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, 3 attempts will be made to deliver the parcel upon returning back to us. We deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 3 - 7 working days delivery. Sorry no C.O.D's.
How long does it take to deliver to New Zealand?
It will take up to 15 working days. We deliver by courier and your signature is required on delivery, therefore we recommend a work address if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be re-directed to the nearest post office or depot. Collection or re-delivery from the depot can be arranged, but unfortunately parcels must be collected from the post office. We deliver to P.O. Boxes. Sorry no C.O.D's.
How long does it take to deliver Overseas?
It will take up to 15 working days. We deliver via Air Mail. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. Sorry no C.O.D's or P.O. boxes.

All prices are in Australian Dollars. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur. I have never purchased online before - is it safe?
Bella Bustiere's Online Shop provides you with a secure session within our shopping checkout. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter into our 'checkout'. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure. Sopping Online is just as secure (if not more secure) than at any other time you may use your credit card.
How safe are my Credit Card details?
When you click the 'Place Order' button, we send the transaction directly to the bank. We do not share those details with any third parties. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the lattest SSL V3 encryption standard.
How do I add to my Shopping List?
To place an order online you need to have browsed our product departments and added items to your shopping list. You do this within a product page, by selecting a size & colour from the drop down box, and entering a quantity. Then add the item to your list by clicking 'add to list'. When the product is added to your list 'item added' will appear.
How do I sign in?
If you are a registered member of Bella Bustiere enter your password and username (email address) to begin the checkout process using your account. This is the best & easiest way to shop with us. Checkout is faster, your order information is available to you online to track and you will receive the continuing benefits that we offer our members.
I've lost my password, how do I recover it?
If you don't know your password, you can have it reset by clicking here. You will need to remember your 'user name' (which is also your e-mail address) which was used when you created your account. A new password will be sent to your e-mail address. Hint: It is best to change the password to something easier afterwards.
I am a member over the phone, how do I found out my password?
If you are a member with Bella Bustiere over the phone and we do have your email address attached to your membership, you can obtain a password on your account here. and it will be sent to your e-mail address. If you register again on this site, you may lose customer privileges that may be offered to you in the future. IF we don't have your e-mail address on your membership, you should ccall us on 03 9686 2233 to activate online shopping to your membership first.
